Dr. Arseven is the HTH Regional Physician Advisor in Ankara, Turkey. Having earned his medical degree from Istanbul University, Dr. Arseven is the Director and a Partner in CMS: Capitol Medical Services, a private healthcare practice in Ankara. He has served as a physician in the Turkish Navy, and completed his Family Medicine training at Numune Hospital in Ankara. Dr. Arseven also completed training programs in the UK, the United States, Germany and the U.S. Air Force Clinic in Izmir, Turkey.

In his free time, Dr. Arseven is a photographer, with a particular interest in portrait photography. He also enjoys nature, trekking and mountain biking. Dr. Arseven spent several years in East Lansing, Michigan in the U.S. and speaks English and German fluently, in addition to his native Turkish. The HTH Worldwide Provider Relations team recently had an opportunity to welcome Dr. Arseven to our offices in Philadelphia and treat him to one of Philly’s famous cheese steaks for lunch!
