I sent my enrollment form to GGH Benefits by mail or fax. When will my coverage begin? When will I receive my ID card?
Your coverage will be effective on the day you requested coverage to begin or the date we receive payment of premium, whichever is later. Your ID cards will be mailed within two business days after we receive your enrollment form and confirm valid payment. When you enroll online, you will receive a confirmation email within 1 hour of submitting your enrollment as evidence of coverage.
